Every student organization at Buffalo State, whether USG, fraternity or sorority, or just an independent club, is required to register EVERY YEAR at the beginning of the fall semester. The registration includes names and contact information on current officers, members, and advisors. The registration should be kept up-to-date - if you have a change in officers during the school year, you should re-register with the new officers' information.
Once your organization's registration is approved it puts the club on file with the following campus offices:
Student Life Office
Events Management Office
USG and the USG Business Office
For convenience the registration uses an online registration. For easy access, this form is posted not only here but also on the Bengal Connect web site and the Student Life web site.
Without this form on file your group could be denied use of space on campus, use of your budget, and other campus privileges.
